It was driving me insane. Trying to find the "right" word for gratefulness. Then I remembered. Gratitude.
Today I am grateful for my health. Especially because I don't really take care of myself. I am overweight. I could make better food choices. I would like to be more active. I look forward to being more healthy. Despite all the things I do to sabotage, I am remarkably healthy. Thank you Universe.
